Terms of Service

These terms cover Pastor's Sermon Pro Sync ("Sync"), the optional subscription service for Pastor's Sermon Pro, including Pastor's Sermon Pro Online (the browser version). By creating a Sync account you agree to them.

Your account

• Keep your password and recovery key safe. Because your data is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot reset your password or recover your synced data without them.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for the computers you sign in on.

Free trial and subscription

• New accounts start with a free trial (currently 30 days) that doesn't require a card.
• After the trial, Sync requires a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My Account; Sync then continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, Sync keeps working for up to 14 days while the payment is retried. If it still can't be collected, the subscription ends.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

When Sync pauses

If your trial or subscription ends, syncing pauses: your computers keep all their files and you can still download your synced copy. The encrypted copy on the server is deleted 90 days after syncing pauses.

Acceptable use

Use Sync for your own Pastor's Sermon Pro data. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other people's accounts, or use it to store unlawful content. Accounts that do may be suspended.

The service

• We work to keep Sync available and your data safe, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep backups of important work.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sync in the 12 months before a claim.
• We may update these terms; we'll give notice of significant changes before they take effect.
